November 22, 1961, Colette Johnson-Vosberg is a TV, Film and Digital professional specializing as a Business Producer who understands creativity in production. Colette has recently began delving into her own sexuality and is undergoing the journey of the LGBTQ+ community as bi-sexual. Telling stories from the LGBTQ+ vibrant community has accepted Colette for who she is and what she can achieve through her story telling. As a long-time independent producer, Colette forays as a first time feature documentary Writer and Director for “Unusually Normal” feature documentary for OUTtv scheduled for delivery April 1, 2024. In 2021, “Magic Shadows with Elwy Yost” was produced for TVO (Canadian Screen Award 2023 nomination). “Bug Hunter!” co-writer and Director with New Zealand’s Gibson Group as a Co-Production, they created a webisode series and HTML 5Game project that was nominated for the Rockie Awards in the Children’s Interactive category and World Congress of Science and Factual Producer Buzzies Awards. Colette also co-produced with them an earlier digital documentary “Spurred On” a WWI story following Canadian Robert (R.H.) Thomson as he discovered his Great Uncles Passchendaele journey through letters. Colette continues to Line Produce and business affairs credits include critically acclaimed NFB/Germany Co-Pro feature documentary “This is Not a Movie”, TV dramedy series “Mangoes: A Slice of Life”, feature docudrama “Shelter” and currently, feature documentary “Play it Loud”.
