In the pond in Franciscu's garden there are still colourful fish swimming about, but there is one which nearly always stays at the bottom. She doesn't come up to the surface like she used to. Anyone who says that fish have no memory has obviously never met Juanita the carp.
Directors. Roger Gómez (1974) and Dani Resines(1976) founded the production company El Cangrejo in Barcelona at 2009. They directed L’equip petit (2011), The fish tamer (2013), Notes from sometime, later, maybe (2015) Luis & I(2016).
They covered film festivals such as Karlovy Vary, SXSW, Palm Springs, Rhode Island, Oberhausen, Villa du Conde, Visions du Réel, Leipzig and Hot Docs, among others. At 2015 they’ve been also nominated for the Goya on Best Short Documentary cathegory for The fish tamer.
