A young woman obsessed with her image takes a journey into the labyrinth of her own perception, turning her body into a prison for the world to see and living the self-destructive dream of becoming what she is not.

Eduardo Chapero-Jackson was born in Madrid in 1971, of a spanish father and an american mother. He studied fine arts and filmmaking in New York. In 1996, he returned to Spain as a freelance and started exhibiting his artwork. From 1997 to 2004 he worked at one of Spain´s leading production companies, Sogecine. In the meantime, he studied for four years acting and directing. Left Sogecine in 2005 to continue his writing and directing career. Contracuerpo (2005) is his first 35mm short film.
