Gerard Vidal Cortés was born in Barcelona in 1994. Graduated in film directing at ESCAC in 2018. He has worked as a writer, director, assistant director and script supervisor in many projects. He wrote and directed Tahrib as his graduation project in college. He also co-directed the feature film, La filla d'algú.
