Argentina Director, Producer, Screenwriter Leandro Andrés Bartolettiwas born on October 31, 1977 in Buenos Aires. He completed his studied as a Film and Television Technician at the Centro de Investigación Cinematográfica (CIC), in addition to a screenwriting course at the José Martínez Suárez Workshop and a Production Manager course at the SICA with Professor Jorge Sívori. He has written and directed twelve shorts and documentary films that made their premiere at national and international festivals, most notably, “El Milagro Secreto” (Special Jury Award at the 2nd Iberian-American Festival of San Pablo), “Con palos y piedras” (Best Short Film Award at the Festival of Cipoletti), “Los Senderos” (Best Screenplay Award in the Borges y los Jovenes Competition from the National Secretary of Culture) and “Kamikaze” (Award for Best Plot-based Short film at the 2nd Festival Di Chiara). In 2011, he founded the production company 300FILMS along with Federico Sidañez and Gustavo Divirgilio. He was director of the "Jóvenes Artistas Argentinas" (“Young Argentinean Artists”) film series (100 microfilms produced by the Ministry of Culture of the Nation and INCAATV), and was assistant director, production and editor on various short films and documentary and advertising films. On September 17, 2015, he premiered his first feature as a screenwriter and director, the documentary "Silo", made with support from the INCAA (Vía 5). This film has participated in 11 festivals and obtained two special mentions in Indonesia.
