Born and raised in Colorado, Nate Watkin was influenced at a young age by the films of Steven Spielberg, the Wachowski brothers and David Fincher. As he developed into a screenwriter and director he began to form an obsession with camera movement, blocking and action choreography. In his directorial debut, Shadow May Lie, he pits two strangers in a deadly game of cat and mouse. Nate currently lives in Los Angeles and is repped by Scenario.
