Director. Arthur Merkulov was born in 1980 in a little Siberian village. He loved animation from an early age and dreamed of being a director in a real animation studio. After his graduation, he decided to move to Moscow and try to make his dream come true. He tried to make some shorts, but it was only amateur stuff, so he started to learn animation from Alex Dorogov courses that worked 20 years at the Disney Animation studio. In 2008 he began working as an animation artist to make his first film which received prizes from different festivals. In 2015 he co-founded the animation studio named Rocket Fox and now is a director and producer of children animated series.
