The controversial conviction of six refugees for the fires at Camp Moria marks the beginning of a moving search for humanity – uncovering the dark sides of an oppressive, often inhumane system.
Since 2017 Jennifer Mallmann (23.08.1994) has been studying documentary film directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, focusing on human rights issues in her artistic work. In her films, she focuses on people who seem invisible in the post-modern world. In 2021, she received a scholarship for the Summer School of the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice. In 2022, she was selected as a scholarship student of the Deutschlandstipendium.
