Mexican Dream
Laura Plancarte
Malena, a survivor of domestic violence, fled to Mexico City to rebuild her life after losing custody of her children despite her fierce fight. Now with a new partner, she aspires to create the family she always dreamt of, despite challenges such as IVF treatment, societal judgment, and the resentment from her teenage children who feel abandoned.
