Metamorphosis

Think about the metamorphosis is to refer to the idea of process. As if they were butterflies, Laia, Guanyem and the city of Barcelona are transformed during this documentary, changing skin and leaving renewed.

Director. Manuel Pérez Cáceres, Barcelona, 1978. He studied cinematography at the CECC, Centro de Estudios Cinematográficos de Catalunya. During his training, he worked on over twenty short films where he basically served as assistant director. Some of the short films worth mentioning from this period are Pinceladas (2002) and Proyecto Cortez (2004), both filmed in collaboration with the school. Between 2004 and 2009, he directed and produced several short-format fiction series, including Anotacions, selected to 2008 Miniput. Some of his most recent work includes the short film Korscha, which premiered in the Official Section of the 2009 Sitges Festival, and Miedo, first screened in October 2012 as part of the London Spanish Film Festival.
