Luca and Silvana are in love and dream of getting married. But there are many bureaucratic obstacles to overcome for those who – like them – have Down Syndrome, so their marriage is postponed year after year. Perhaps their desire for an independent life together will remain just a dream.
Director
Stefano Lisci graduated from the ZeLIG School for Documentary, Television and New Media in Bolzano, with a specialization in photography. He has worked for several years on different film sets, including Anita B by Roberto Faenza and Sils Maria by Oliver Assayas. Since 2015, among other projects, he has been running film workshops in middle and high schools. In 2016 he directed the documentary Bar Mario.
