Les Papas

Christophe, Luca, Julien and Gaëtan are four young men discovering their fatherhood. Les Papas journeys into their private lives, interspersed with scenes from everyday life, using a discreet and sensitive approach to shed light on the place that these young fathers must claim in society, and in so doing questioning the role of men in the contemporary family unit.

Born in 1984 in Chamoson, Switzerland. 2006-10 Studies Film at ECAL (École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne). 2010 BA in Film from ECAL. A founding member of the Lausanne-based filmmakers' association Terrain Vague, he makes independent films for cinema and television. He produced and directed the short film SORTIE DE ROUTE, nominated for a Swiss Film Prize, and the documentary LES GRANDES TRAVERSÉES, presented at the international festival Visions du réel.
