Edmonton’s newest stand-alone public bathrooms opened with a transparent design that demands we ask how much privacy are we willing to lose to satisfy our need for a “safe” public washroom?

Director Adam is a Canadian filmmaker who’s interested in personal and POV stories about jarring experiences that occur in spaces within which people may have seemed comfortable up to that point, such as the body, the home, the community, the institution, and the nation. His films have been screened at festivals in Canada, the United States or Europe. He’s currently writing a feature film.
