The film follows their journey, delves into the heart and history of the clinic, and chronicles the poignant stories of undocumented patients as well as their courage and resilience.
Venezuelan filmmaker Juan Freitez is debuting his first feature length documentary. Freitez is a grant recipient through The National Endowment for the Arts, and his filmmaking highlights social issues social and political issues in underserved communities. His documentary shorts have been featured on NPR, PRI, and NBC.
