Coming Full Circle follows chef Daniel Ochoa at a moment of maturity, one year after Montia’s reconstruction. Set in the mountains near Madrid, the film portrays a way of cooking rooted in place, relationships, and a conscious, unhurried philosophy of life.

Sonia Ziadi Trives

With over twenty years of experience in the audiovisual industry, Sonia Ziadi Trives has developed a multifaceted career spanning film festivals, journalism, international production, and culinary storytelling. After working with major festivals such as San Sebastián, Cannes, and Berlin, contributing to Variety, and serving as a fixer and local line producer on international productions—including HBO Max’s The Climb and collaborations with chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, Dabiz Muñoz, and Andoni Luis Aduriz—she founded Gastr0w, a production company focused on human-centered, sustainable food narratives. Cerrando el Círculo (Coming Full Circle), which she produced and co-directed, marks her debut as an author and reflects her passion for intimate stories of resilience, purpose, and transformation.

Victor García Garrido

Víctor García Garrido is an audiovisual professional with more than fifteen years of experience across journalism, advertising, editing, motion graphics, and creative direction. With a background in Advertising, Public Relations, and Journalism, he has worked in a wide range of technical and creative roles, co-founded the production companies Deepblack and Walterhaus, and collaborated on projects for major brands and international productions, including the Goya Award-winning documentary Sons of the Clouds, the Last Colony. His career has also included scriptwriting, freelance editing for animation series such as Tara Duncan and Lady Bug, and serving as Head of Production at SCPF Madrid. Cerrando el Círculo (Coming Full Circle), where he worked as narrative and creative director and editor, represents the culmination of his multidisciplinary journey and his commitment to intimate, authentic storytelling.
