Venci Kostov is a Bulgarian filmmaker settled in Spain. Kostov has extensive experience in developing both television and film fiction. Regarding his work, Kostov is especially concerned about training and direction of actors.
Fears Miedos is his first fiction short film as a director. He also made the videocreation Socrate for the Lesbian and Gay Theatre and Culture Festival of Málagas a visual backing for the opera The Plato Dialogues (Erik Satie). In 2010, he was a jury member for the first edition of the Costa del Sol Gay Film Festival.
