María Adánez Almenara (Madrid, 1976) is a Spanish Actress, Director and Screenwriter, best known for her roles in three of the most successful comic series in Spanish television history (Aquí no hay quien viva, Farmacia de guardia and Pepa y Pepe).
In cinema, highlights her role as Lena in the american film My Life in Ruins, which opened in a total of 13 countries and raised more than 20 million dollars.
In May 2011, she made her first work as a Director, the short film 5º B, in which she also worked as a producer and screenwriter.
